Our capacity grows in tandem with our ability to set boundaries that allow us to pause. 

Burnout, depression, frustration, boredom… Also, the stagnation of sales, analytics, team performance…all of these are signs that it is time to take a pause, regroup, and assess. 

The space reminds us that it’s the relationship that matters (to yourself and to others) and not this conflict, this conversation, or this challenge. Whatever is the best of us, the purest part, needs that space.
